Meet Your Coach

Our staff includes physical therapists, a registered nurse, exercise physiologists, kinesiologists and professional coaches, several of whom have been with us since we first opened. The average tenure for our staff is nearly five years.

Laura Miller, R.N.

Laura Miller, 20 Minutes To Fitness owner and founder, first learned about slow cadence training in a 2001 article in Newsweek. A registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Drake University, Laura appreciated the science behind the medically based training regimen and, with her husband, opened 20 Minutes to Fitness in 2003.

 
 

Casey Breslin

Casey is the General Manager of 20 Minutes to Fitness and has served as our staff physical therapist and fitness coach since 2003. She received a master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Casey also holds personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association.

Cameron Paterson

Cameron holds advanced degrees from the University of Arizona, Washington University in St. Louis, and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.  He is a varsity Ultimate Frisbee coach and plays both Ultimate and soccer competitively. Cameron joined our team in 2016.

 

JAIME BOSWELL, P.T.

Jamie is a physical therapist and personal fitness coach in our Chesterfield studio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Maryville University. She joined our staff in 2005.

 

 

STEPHANIE BRANDT

Stephanie graduated from William Woods University in Fulton, Mo., with a bachelor of fine arts degree. She has nine years of classical ballet training and four years experience in modern dance. She joined our team in 2012.

 

 

AMANDA GRUENLOH

Amanda Gruenloh has been a personal fitness coach here since 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Missouri – St. Louis.

 

 

RACHEL STEWART

Rachel joined 20 Minutes to Fitness as a personal training coach in February of 2016.  Rachel holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. With a long history in running, triathlons, and lacrosse, Rachel is excited to share her passion for fitness and overall health with her clients.

 

 

CATHY WHITE

Cathy was one of 20 Minutes to Fitness' first clients, having used slow cadence training methods since 2001. She went on to become a personal fitness coach, joining our Chesterfield staff in 2010.

 

 

Meghan Arney

Megan joined 20 Minutes to Fitness in March of 2015.  She is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist, and received her degree from Lake Land College in 2013.

 

PABLO FARRES

Pablo has been a trainer with 20 Minutes to Fitness since 2016. He played soccer for Midwestern State University in Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

 

 

Rick Viehland

Rick has been a personal trainer since 1992 and later became a Medical Exercise Specialist.He has been with 20 Minutes to Fitness since 2010.

 

Pablo Farres

Pablo has been a trainer with 20 Minutes to Fitness since 2016. He played soccer for Midwestern State University in Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
