Flexibility is key to spinal health and injury prevention. Our MedX Super Stretch equipment is designed to keep your muscles healthy and flexible. Easy and enjoyable to use, its effects can be felt immediately.

The equipment targets seven major muscle groups, including the vulnerable hamstrings and hip adductors. The complete 10-stretch program enhances movement around the knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow and wrist. It also facilitates the health benefits of spinal decompression.

The ergonomic design of our patented technology places the body into bio-mechanically advantageous positions for effective stretching. When performing hamstring stretches, for example, the pelvis remains tilted anteriorly, helping to avoid possible lower back discomfort.

In St. Louis area studios, clients can use MedX Super Stretch equipment before or after their trainer-led strength-training workout.

Super Stretch Training Session

Your Personal Fitness Coach will lead you through a series of stretching exercises on our MedX Super Stretch equipment to improve your flexibility, posture and overall health and well-being.

Every stretch is measured and recorded on your training chart, which supports goal setting and tracks progress. A Super Stretch Training Session lasts approximately 20 minutes.
