The ergonomic design of the MedX Super Stretch allows the joints to function within strain-free positions. As an example, the pelvis remains tilted anteriorly when performing the hamstring stretches, avoiding possible lower back discomfort. The equipment targets seven major muscle groups, including the vulnerable hamstrings and hip adductors. The total 10-stretch program enhances movement around the knee, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow and wrist, as well as facilitating the healthy benefits of spinal decompression.

Super Stretch Training Session

Your Personal Fitness Coach will lead you through a series of stretching exercises that will improve your flexibility, posture and overall health and well-being. Every stretch can be accurately measured and recorded on a training chart, which insures goal setting and “ultimately” progress. The Super Stretch Training Session lasts approximately 20 minutes and is priced the same as a fitness session.
