Our training regimen targets the important muscle groups used in golf. It is designed to:

  • Strengthen your obliques (the muscles that rotate the torso during the golf swing)
  • Strengthen your back and leg muscles
  • Increase your flexibility and range of motion in your torso rotation
  • Stretch the muscles used in your golf swing
