Our training regimen targets the important muscle groups used in golf. It is designed to:
- Strengthen your obliques (the muscles that rotate the torso during the golf swing)
- Strengthen your back and leg muscles
- Increase your flexibility and range of motion in your torso rotation
- Stretch the muscles used in your golf swing
