I currently train with SJ and appreciate her knowledge and care more than I can express. She supervises closely, challenges me to go further, and watches for my pre-existing back issues in determining my individualized workout plan, all while keeping me laughing. I finally got my husband to join, and SJ is keeping him motivated. Blake and Stephen are also excellent trainers! Recommend highly!!

I used to work out at this business at the old location in Sarasota on Main Street. They moved to Lime Ave and I have been coming here for a couple of months and I am very pleased. They are efficient, professional and provide a great work out. I have trained with three of the coaches and they are all excellent.

Worked out with Blake today!! Fantastic workout. Blake has everything was set and ready to go. 20 minutes to fitness has taken the guess work out of resistance training! Machines set to my size, work out routine and weights where spot on!!

It really only takes 20 minutes once a week to see an immediate difference. I have not worked out for about 30 years so I was dreading getting started. Stephan is there to keep me on track and make sure I use the equipment correctly as well as offer encouragement. I have a very busy job and long hours so the flexible appointment times are a huge plus. I did not believe that only 20 minutes a week would make any difference but after 6 weeks I already see a difference particularly in my upper body strength. I also have had past spinal fusion surgery but have had no problems with this type exercise as I am well monitored.

Michele Rose has opened my eyes to the wonderful world of slow cadence training. As a former soccer player, I was very conscious and methodical about my training, and now that I am a busy professional working a corporate job, I don't have time to work out like I used to, let alone think about what I should be doing in my workouts. Michele and 20 Minutes to Fitness take care of all of that for me, so all I have to do is show up and give me best effort. After only a few weeks, I am noticing and feeling a big boost in my energy and ability to constantly be burning calories. I would recommend exploring this type of exercise, particularly for people with busy schedules like me...it literally takes just 20 minutes once a week!

I highly recommend 20 minutes to fitness. It has helped me greatly with keeping Osteoporosis from getting worse. It has also given me strength while fighting a blood cancer. I look forward to going each week & the trainers are all wonderful.

I have been going to 20 Minutes to Fitness for a little over two years. Simply put, it is a great experience that will absolutely, in a safe, motivating, but not intimidating environment, help with your strength and flexibility. Each of the Coaches and the Managers are superb. The program is designed to start at your current level of fitness and gradually and safely improve your strength and flexibility. Each session involves six to seven machines and slow cadence reps to gradually build strength. Many say, "Well, you can do that on your own." Partially true, but what I would miss is the focus of my coach to ensure I'm safely getting the most from each machine, and for me, the motivation. I would not, on my own without my coach's encouragement, go to the point of muscle fatigue necessary for improvement. Heck, I probably would not go to the gym period. Do not think you can't do it. The program is designed to start wherever you are. I strongly recommend you try one of their free introductory sessions. It will improve your overall fitness and outlook.

I’ve been training at 20 Minutes to Fitness since August 2022. I like having a personal trainer who is dedicated to increasing my strength, and also keeping me safe from injury.
My strength has increased dramatically and I am now proud to say that I can leg press 300 pounds!

I am in my 8th year of exercise at the Lakewood Ranch studio. They are strict on your workout, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Amber is a great trainer. This exercise keeps a person younger.

A different approach that I highly recommend especially if you are 50+. Alena and Alex are fantastic coaches I've trained with them for two years now and I m very pleased with the results. More recently I am utilizing stretch sessions with Kaitlyn and she is very knowledgeable. The stretching rounds out the program for me. If you have a busy schedule but want to stay strong, this is the place!

Hands down, the very best fitness program for rehab, rebuilding strength, location and Staff. Just wish they had one in Pinellas County, too!

I look forward to working out here each week. My coach, Anna keeps me motivated and more importantly she watches my form and corrects it to prevent me from injuring myself (as I have at other places without a coach). I always feel so much better after my sessions. Since I am in my 70’s I am concerned with my bone health. This weight bearing exercise routine really helps with that, along with helping to maintain my balance.

This program is the best. My coach, Anna is wonderful. She is encouraging and demanding getting you to do more while being a stickler for form and always mindful of not overdoing it. It is the best investment you can make in your health.

I love my 20 Minutes to Fitness workouts. It's an easy weekly commitment and I can see and feel the results. Having a personal coach is the best. Denisa makes sure I have proper form, explains which muscles we're focusing on and encourages me to push through. I'm confident I can reach my goals here.

Today I had my 10th session with Emma at 20 Minutes to Fitness. It was everything I had hoped for and more. First of all, I hate to exercise. But that’s what tweaked my interest. 20 minutes for a workout and just once a week? That’s right up my alley. The facility is clean, quiet, personal and friendly. It’s definitely not like the big gyms, which I despise. And a personal qualified trainer to set up your equipment and spend the full time with you makes this a very special place. I plan on spending 20 minutes a week here. It’s a no-brainer and I can’t wait to see the results!

I was looking for a place to help me with strength training, with increase in movement and mobility. I have completed one of the classes--I purchased the package for 6 classes. You always have an instructor/trainer by you side. Encouraging and educating you on each piece of equipment. I am eager to find out the results of what 6 classes will do for me.

I am 70 yrs old, quite sedentary, do no exercise other than 20 Minutes to Fitness once a week since the end of April. Had a Physical Therapy eval for an IT issue a few days ago and was so surprised when she said "what have you been doing? Your core is strong." 8 months of training and I've lost 34 pounds and added tons of strength! Primarily, I work with Casey on the weights and with Rob for Mobility & Movement. Despite a back injury 4 months after beginning 20minutestofitness, my strength has steadily increased and the injury has slowly healed. I feel so much better now than I did 8 months ago. Everyone is encouraging and motivating and I really appreciate the organization.

Absolutely love this place! You get a GREAT workout in 20 minutes! All of the trainers are extremely knowledgable and it doesn't feel like a gym, it's never awkward (like some gyms are), and it's worth the money. You'll see muscle gains quickly throughout the weeks and it's always nice to see your progress! Oh and Amy is wonderful! I've been working with her the most in the last year 🙂
