Skepticism . . . Trial Run . . . Belief . . . Commitment

THE SKEPTICISM: "Even though the research confirms it, how in the world can I get those benefits with only one 20 minute work out a week? Getting and staying in shape is suppose to take a lot of sweat and several hours a week at the gym. This just can’t be true!"

THE TRIAL RUN: "Well, I’ll just give it a try. The research is impressive. What do I have to lose? The Orientation and First Session is free, there are no annual contracts and a money back guaranty."

THE BELIEF: "Now that I have had several sessions, this seems to be working. I feel stronger and am beginning to see some changes in my body. I know that it will take some time, but I really do believe that this will work for me."

That’s a pretty accurate summary of what most of our Clients went through when deciding to give 20 Minutes To Fitness a try. Their actual results are now our best proof. They are building lean muscle mass which is the key to avoiding and even reversing so many of the negative effects associated with the aging process. Now, our Clients’ referrals are our best source of new clients. Just take a look at what our Clients are saying on our web site.

The last step is COMMITMENT. While most of our Clients come to us either to "get in shape" or to "get back in shape", the ultimate goal is commitment. Once you take that step, staying in shape is a lot easier - it only takes 20 minutes a week! We like to compare it to brushing or flossing your teeth, once you commit to doing it on a regular basis: it only takes a little time for a life time of healthy teeth and gums.

While not all of our Clients take this last step of commitment to their fitness - most do. And, we’re sure that their families appreciate that.

Delicious, Healthy, and Easy Holiday Recipe

Thanks to one of our "Committed" 20 Minutes To Fitness Clients, and our wonderful friend, Celebrity Chef Judi Gallagher, we have a tasty treat that you might like to try over the Holiday Season.

Slow cooked Ahi tuna steak with tomato relish recipe by Jacques Pepin:
(Serves four)
Tuna: 4 center cut tuna steaks; 1 teaspoon canola oil; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Rub the tuna steak on both sides with the canola oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a shallow ceramic baking dish for about 20 minutes for rare. Arrange the steaks on a serving plate or on four dinner plates.
Tomato Relish: 3/4 cup diced peeled and seeded tomato; 1/2 cup diced sweet Vidalia onion; 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/3 cup fresh store bought salsa; 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice; 3 tablespoons good olive oil. Mix the tomato, onion, chives, salt and salsa in a medium bowl. Add the lime juice and olive oil and mix well. Remove the tuna steaks from the oven and spoon the sauce liberally over and around the steaks. Serve immediately.

For Holiday desserts, forgo the sugar-laden extravaganzas without feeling deprived. Serve fresh sorbet with plump mixed berries in a large martini glass and top with a splash of champagne; simple and elegant and most importantly- healthy!
